9/3: Cleghorn Harvest Fest

Eleva (CLEGHORN LIONS CLUB)- Members of the Cleghorn Lions Club invites you to join them for the 15th Annual Cleghorn Harvest Fest to raise money for the community on September 7th, 8th, and 9th.

Funds will go towards the upgrading of the Cleghorn School Park, ballfield, playground equipment. This
event also is a fund raiser for two local churches, Pleasant Valley Fire Dept, snowmobile
club and 4-H groups. This will be a family oriented event and there are plenty of events happening all weekend long guaranteeing an event for everyone to enjoy. It will be at the park located at S10434 County Hwy I, Eleva, WI. Here is a schedule of numerous events happening that weekend.

Softball games & bean bag in the evening
Bingo 7:00 PM
Live Music by Kountry Klassics and Savannah Smith 7 – 10:30
Grilled chicken, refreshments and much more available.

Harvest Fest Hustle 5K Run/Walk 9:00
Craft and Farmer’s Market 9 – 5
Grand Parade – 12:30 with over 25 units from the Township Fire Dept.
Kid’s Games – 1 – 3 (Inflatables, Juggler and Magician)
Wood carving
Live Music – Seeger Boys 2 – 5:30 and Steele River Band 8 – midnight
Fireworks – 9:30 (weather permitting)
Grilled chicken, brats, hot dogs, cheese curds, pie & ice cream and much more
Softball games all day
Bean Bag

Pleasant Valley Firemen’s Breakfast 7 – 11:30
Community Church Services 9:00
Car & Truck Show – 10 – 2
Wood carving
Inflatables 10 – 2:30
Live Music – Martin Family Circus 12 – 1:30
Live Auction 3:00 PM includes numerous items along with a car donated by
Chilson Automotive
Refreshments and food available all day.

Weather Outlook: Active weather pattern returns, bringing multiple rounds of snow

We’ve had a couple of dustings of snow over the past week, including yesterday, but it’s been a full week now since our last big system. Thankfully, we’ve been able to catch up on clearing the snow, and are close to getting back in the swing of things. Just as we settle down, however, we return back to an active weather pattern that will bring several chances for more accumulating snow over the next couple of weeks.
