A new central hub has been chosen for the Eau Claire Marathon in 2020

Eau Claire (WQOW) – Carson Park will no longer be the central hub for the Eau Claire Marathon.

The Eau Claire City Council approved a new route for runners in 2020 that moves the starting line onto the Madison Street Bridge in downtown Eau Claire, and puts the finishing line on Graham Avenue near the Pablo Center at the Confluence.

Race organizer Pat Toutant said relay runners will be shuttled. All public parking lots and ramps in downtown Eau Claire will be available for runners and spectators.
