Trempealeau County (WQOW) —
The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office says they are experiencing phone issues with both cell carriers and landlines.

Officials said calls are not going through and they are not able to make outgoing calls. They believe the problem was caused by a cut fiber optic between Eau Claire and Osseo.

If you have an emergency in Trempealeau County, you’re asked to go to your nearest police department or fire station. You can also contact Jackson County Dispatch at 715-284-5357 ext. 180.
