Eau Claire (WQOW) – An Eau Claire man has been arrested for his 16th OWI.

Eau Claire police told News 18 after 9 p.m. Friday, officers were called to a family situation in the 2200 block of Roy Street.

There, they learned Bradley Armstrong had gotten there in his car, parked on the grass and had almost run into the house. At some point during the argument, he had pulled into another driveway.
