2 injured in Chippewa County ATV crash

Chippewa County (WQOW) – Two people were injured in an ATV crash in Chippewa County Wednesday evening.

According to the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened just before 7 p.m. Wednesday in the township of Cleveland.

The two riders, a grandmother and her granddaughter, were injured and taken to the hospital.

The sheriff’s office said the ATV was being driven in the yard, when it hit a house and a parked car in the driveway.

Alcohol is not believed to have caused the crash.
