$1 million Powerball ticket sold in northern Wisconsin

Gordon (KBJR) – A Superior man is a whole lot richer after winning a $1 million Powerball prize.

Lottery officials say Mark Johnson won a million dollars during Saturday’s drawing.

Johnson bought his winning ticket at Inter City Oil Company at Highway 53 and County Road Y in Gordon. That is about 40 miles south of Superior.

Johnson was able to match all five numbers, but not the Powerball.
