UPDATE: Man wanted by Eau Claire police turns himself in

Eau Claire (WQOW)
– A man wanted by Eau Claire police, turned himself in to authorities Thursday night.

Mandlenkosi Cronk was wanted for domestic assault and fleeing from an officer.

According to Eau Claire police, Cronk ran from the Eau Claire County Courthouse when police tried to contact him. He then led officers on a vehicle chase Thursday morning.

Cronk’s attorney Harry Hertel told News 18 Cronk wanted to surrender to police, so at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Hertel drove Cronk to the Eau Claire County Courthouse where he was taken into custody.


Eau Claire (WQOW) – The Eau Claire Police Department is searching for a man who fled from officers Thursday morning.

According to Eau Claire police, Mandlenkosi Cronk ran from the Eau Claire County Courthouse when police tried to contact him. He then led officers on a vehicle chase.

Police ended the chase and do not know where Cronk is. 

He is wanted for domestic assault and fleeing from an officer. He was last seen driving a white Chevy Avalanche with Wisconsin plate 618ZSV.
