6th Annual ‘Haunted Hustle’ Announces Winning Charities

Eau Claire (WQOW) –  Runners hit the pavement on Saturday for a good cause. The 6th annual Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire Haunted Hustle raised money for six local charities.

Participants of the race were able to vote for which of the six charities received the largest check. The six charities were: Acres for Joy, Eau Claire County Drug Endangered Children Initiative, Family Resource Center, Hope Gospel Mission, L.E. Phillips Career Development Center, and Ruby’s Pantry.

Eau Claire County Drug Endangered Children Initiative took home the top prize followed by Acres for Joy and L.E. Phillips Career Development Center.

The three other beneficiaries each received $500.

WQOW was a proud sponsor of the event.
