Chippewa brewpub tour benefits Community Table

Eau Claire’s Community Table was the beneficiary of a special bus tour Saturday.

The Bus Brothers donated proceeds from a tour of local brewpubs.

The Community Table serves balanced and nutritious meals 365 days a year to anyone who needs food, no questions asked.

“We thought they do a lot in the community by giving free hot meals,” said Bus Brothers co-owner Brandon Felce.  “We saw last year and early this year we saw some articles that they they were struggling to get some fundraising done so we just wanted to give them a hand with some of our partners. The community here of small businesses has always helped each other out, we noticed that, so we thought this would be a great opportunity to give people a fun fundraiser and it was a great day.”
